Due to having 6 surgeries for my spinal injury and gaining 24kg in 7yrs I was having trouble pushing out of my comfort zone, worried I would cause myself more pain and therefore getting nowhere with my training or weight loss. Since training with Hannah for 4-5mths, I have become stronger and able to do my workouts with no pain. I've also lost 7kg safely while training with Hannah. Even when she was at the gym doing her own workout, Hannah would stop to help me with any adaptation to her program if I was having trouble. Walking 4k with no back pain 😍 a few months ago I quit the local choir cos I couldn't stand up for more than 15 mins at a time without crippling pain and it was so embarrassing and made me so sad and angry. Now I can walk and move so much more easily and will so much less pain. You've been so patient in the gym with me talking about my fears of hurting my back with different stuff and I'm so thankful you've been patient and kept encouraging me to progress to new moves that involve my back and glutes more and more cos now I can walk and stand without pain and it's like a miracle.
